RESIDENTIAL SERVICE

Availability
This schedule is available to separately metered and billed supply of alternating current electricity to any customer including a residential farm where the farm uses are not taken through a separate meter. This schedule is not available to (a) individual motors rated over 15 HP, (b) commercial use including public lodging, or (c) separately metered service to accessory buildings or equipment on residentail property that are not themselves intended or suitable for residential use.
 
Type or Service
The types of service applicable to this schedule are alternating current, 60 hertz, either single-phase 2 or 3 wires, of three phase 3 or 4 wires, at Town's standard voltage of 240 volts or less.
 
Monthly Rates
Customer Charge:  Monthly Rate - $16.00
 
Energy Charge:
First 500 kWh - $0.1214 per kWh
Next 1,000 kWh - $0.1141 per kWh
All Additional kWh - $0.1127 per kWh
 
Minimum Bill per month - $16.00
 
Determination Of Energy
The kWh of energy shall be the difference between the current month's watt-hour meter reading and the previous month's watt-hour meter reading.
 
Payment
The billing month is defined as the period of time when the meter was last read and the time of the prior meter reading.  Bills are due by 10th of each month.  If you are unable to make payment by the 10th, on the 11th of each month a $25.00 late fee will be added to your account.  This will be the only late fee until the 21st of each month.  On the 21st of the month (CUT OFF DAY) there will be $25.00 added to your utility bill for disconnection.  When service is reconnected there will be another $25.00 due at that time.  So there will be a total of $75.00 added to your bill if the utility bill is not paid and disconnection/reconnection takes place.  The fee for returned checks is $25.00.

COMMERCIAL SERVICE

Availability
This schedule is available to any non-residential customer, but not available for resale, breakdown, or standby operation.
 
Monthly Rates
Customer Charge:  Monthly rate - $18.82
 
Demand Charge:  All kW - $6.33

** 1st 5KW free of charge**
 
Energy Charge:
First 200 kWh - $0.1747 per kWh
Next 600 kWh - $0.1340 per kWh
All over 800 kWh - $0.1046 per kWh
 
Three Phase Service: Monthly Charge - $60.00

AREA LIGHT SERVICE

AVAILABILITY

This schedule is available for lighting of outdoor areas, private streets and private driveways by means of mercury vapor units.

MONTHLY RATE

Lighting Type - $11.09

 PAYMENT

The billing month is defined as the period of time when the meter was last read and the time of the prior meter reading. Bills are due when rendered for payment. Any bills not paid by the 10th of the month shall be subject to a penalty of $25.00. If payment is not received by 20th of the month the customer will be subject to disconnection with a penalty of $25.00. The Reconnection fee will also be $25.00.

  SALES TAX
